"Beautiful hotel with excellent, varied breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioner works perfectly. Room is large and clean with very nice rustic furniture. Only problem is the elevators. There are only two for the whole building, and they are small and slow. It would help if there were service elevators for the cleaning staff and equipment. Or just more elevators in general. "

"Don’t stay here! Old rooms, cracked bare concrete floor in room, poor lighting, lumpy beds, musty smell, ran out of coffee at the meager breakfast. The location is what attracted us to this property but that isn’t enough to compensate for the poor room. Wish I would have paid more attention to the negative reviews."

"This was a great trip! Room was clean, very well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast every morning and cobbler & cookies & ice cream from 9-11p for those coming in after a show. Abby, the evening desk person, was a joy! Very friendly. And got to love on Lily, the owners dog!"

"I guess it was clean enough, but it lacked somethig. The breakfast was not impressive, more “do it yourself” rather than service oriented. Not a great selection. Coffee was either cold or empty. We could not leave fast enough."
