"It was good enough for our trip. The room was big and spacious. However, they forgot to put towels in our room! Disappointing that they didn’t check. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars!"

"Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities."

"A fairly high class hotel with a lot of staff. Some slight signs of wear in the bathroom but it was large like the bedroom, with a comfy bed. AC was a little unreliable, switching off when it wanted or freezing the room at times. Worst experience was on the Sunday when one whole corridor of rooms had what must have been an explosion of raw sewage. "My daughter and I decided to have a few nights away and as we had the sun on our side for the week we decided to stay in the UK. We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us. "We loved the hotel, however in the warm weather the fans do nothing to cool the room down enough to get a good night's sleep. We mentioned to staff who adjusted the fan but it seemed minimum temp was 18 degrees! Couldn't get the shaver sockets to work in bathroom but luckily we had an adapter.
