"So lets start with the positive. the hotel is impressive and the room I was given was a good size. And unlike many hotels they have a full suite of Spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi (incl outside), steam room and sauna) However Issues:
1. Reception staff are a little stone faced. And it came as a shock that they wanted a deposit of £50 per day I was staying, something that was not made clear to me previously and took a large chunk out of my vacation budget
2. website shows some rooms with a pine...

"The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November!
If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...
