The room was clean and as expected at a Holiday Inn quite comfortable enough, but what stood out on my first visit to this branch was the exceptionally welcoming and and helpful staff together with the unusually good food provided in the dining room.

Breakfast was good, they cleared tables but didn't always clean them, which was a shame. Parking is good but then there is a walk along an alleyway between the hotel and the bowling venue. It seems safe but could be daunting if on your own.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service. While the overall hotel condition was a little dated, the bed was comfortable, the room looked clean and breakfast options were good. Very clean room, the staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was very good. Could not fault the parking, multi storey car parking leading straight on to the concourse of the hotel and cinema complex also to include bowling, nando's, pizza hut and very close to the city centre.
