"Put in the reservation/booking notes we were celebrating our baby moon and wedding anniversary and would be interested in a room upgrade. When we arrived no congratulations, acknowledgment of notes at all. When I asked about a room upgrade I was told I had to call Hilton directly which I found strange. "This is an excellent hotel for its price in Barbados. This is primarily because it is not on the beach. It’s also the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel there and I’ve stayed at several.
