"The room was clean. Should put more toilet paper in the room along with full Klenex. The door locks were good too. The parking lot clean as well as the front desk. The doors were not automatic so it was difficult to push luggage cases inside and out. My sister and I saw a large roach approaching the elevator when we were getting out of it on our third day. I told the staff and she was horrified. There was a homeless woman hanging out on the property for two days, she was getting coffee and approached us one day but I am not sure what she wanted. There was construction of a water hydrant too at night by the city of Webster. "

"Room was clean but dated. Sink faucet and bath tub needed replacing. Staff was courteous. Great location. Room lacked amenities; microwave/refrigerator. I would book again based on location, cleanliness and courteousness of staff."

"Parking and check in was easy. The beds were wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. Daniel was very helpful!! When I needed to extend our stay, get supplies, or any of my many requests, he responded professionally and quickly. Housekeeping was also very accommodating. Thank you. "
