when we arrived for check-in at 1:30pm we were advised they had no cabins. in fact had no available for cabins for past 2 weeks. We had a wotif booking confirmation receipt. The park needs to communicate better with their booking agencies....

Location was great. Eateries close by,Birds fish and chips and Cafe at the Yacht club were exceptional. Great for families having a good park across the road and a childrens water park just down the road.

Unfortunately our experience was not great. The front office lady was quite short with us and very unfriendly. Not sure what lenses they used when taking the advertising photos but whoever did it is a genius. Transformed a pokey, tired donga into a spacious modern looking unit in a few photos!! Seriously the place was tiny and old. The A/C unit was a wheezing wall mounted thing that we had to run at it’s hardest to cool the room, the toilet was broken, the bed harder than the floor and the front door didn’t lock. When we asked for assistance the woman begrudgingly came and showed us the special “wiggle techniques” to get the lock to work. The TV was smaller than my home computer monitor and the whole place was filthy - after 15 minutes inside I had to was my feet as the soles were black and there was grit and sand everywhere. In these days of Covid it was simply unacceptable, as was the tatty and slightly mouldy shower curtain!! Just Yuk. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere but here.

The location was excellent and the cabin clean and comfortable. The outside BBQ area excellent and laundry facilities very good. The down side being dirt roads and dust.

This was not a last minute booking

Cabin was not ready at 1:45 pm I understand 2pm check in told/asked to wait half hour till it was cleaned.Than they rang to say could have cabin next to ours.So we went there. Huge tree trunk at side of cabin very hard to get out of the car.Have medical problems and need to fully open door. No hand rails. No hand rail to get up steeps .

Stop of many

I booked our tech to stay here for a week and he was very comfortable. Much better than some of the other places that he has stayed this trip. Very nice people and convenient to where he was working. We will be booking here again.

Every thing was lovely as far as the park and the holiday was concerned we just had a problem with our fridge I reported it asked for a new one or a replacement and was completely ignored , my husband had to defrost the fridge just to keep our food cold so that was very disappointing.
