"Due to an unforseen family emergency we had to cut short our stay. The front desk girl said no problem, it would just be an early departure. Then I get the bill and they charged me the same nightly rate had I stayed there. There was never a mention of any early departure fee. I'd give them zero stars of possible. Would not recommend."

"The clerks I interacted with were very pleasant. The manager on the other hand was HORRID ~ VERY RUDE! I liked that there was no carpet in the room. I really really really didn't like that the doors were not automatic. Made it very challenging to get the luggage in especially since it was 2 doors. Would I stay again? Probably."
