"Lovely room with sea view and nice en suite. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Reasonable choice at breakfast and all fresh. Good location above the beach - lift recommended! Plenty of rrestaurants nearby, also a convenience store. We enjoyed leaving our car behind and using the open top buses 50/70 to Poole, Swanage and Hengistbury Head. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel (provided you don't mind a noisy breakfast if you eat inside!)"

"The hotel had only fans no air conditioning. If you kept the window open it was too noisy from traffic. Our shower did not work, water pressure was minimal in the bathroom. Otherwise, kind helpful staff, good food, lovely retro atmosphere. Enjoyable stay,"

"It has been a few years since we have stayed at Marsham Court Hotel due to the general price increases. However, after receiving a discount code, we quickly booked. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Helpful, friendly and sorted any query quickly and with a smile. They could not have been more helpful! The weather was very hot outside so they had near reception a big water urn with ice which they even let us fill up our own water bottles with. The amenities are fantastic. Infact the weather was so hot that the kids preferred the outdoor pool even to the beach! The hotel is across the road from the path leading down to the beach where the pier, shops and facilities are, so a fantastic location!"

"Staff were welcoming and helpful. All meals were at the hotel next door, which was ok, but not if it was raining. Some food was expensive and not up to standard. Sandwich was 2 pieces of bread with some filling but no relish supposed to be included, just cut into 2, no salad etc £9."
