Four Seasons hotels in Bournemouth

"We stayed here last year and had a very pleasant stay , so booked again. The staff were very nice and the room , although a little basic was comfortable , even though the Tv would'nt work properly. We had a meal there again as last time it was very good , with a full menu , good service and reasonable prices. However this time we were dissappointed as we booked an early table at 6.15 and were then told they had run out of Steak already . My husband ordered the burger but the chips weren't good and not very hot and the burger & bun very dry . The couple next to us had the same complaint. Over all the stay was value for money but the food not as good as last year unfortunatley."

"Had to use caltons facilities only room was in east cliff and the parking there is shocking way over priced i payed over £30 for the night."

"The room I stayed in for the majority of the time was very spacious, and had the standard amenities, such as complimentary coffee and teas. It was kept clean, but the overall feel of the hotel was that it was tired and could do with a refresh. I brought up an issue with the first room I was shown to, and eventually, the reception dealt with it in a professional and efficient manner. Breakfast was continental, with the addition of three types of ciabatta sandwiches (bacon, sausage, mozarella and pesto). Although less generous than the standard hot breakfast offered in most hotels, it was ok. Although the listing said a restaurant was available, this was not the case, as only breakfast was offered. Thankfully, the location was good, with places to eat nearby, close to the east cliff, and a 10-minute walk to the centre of Bournemouth. Parking is charged. "

"Lovely staff as always. A few issues in our rooms (tv remote missing, wall lamp not working). Good breakfast, fresh and tasty. Excellent bar menu, very good smoked salmon sandwiches!"

"We had a great Family room that has been refurbished, with a view of the pier/prom. Loads of space and really nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, with loads of choice at the buffet. If I had any criticism, it would only be that hotel bathroom designers hate people over 6ft"
