"This is the best place to stay close to the airport. It meets all the expectations of a professional, Executive traveler.

"The restaurant was nice and the food was good. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The gym equipment was not very clean and there was a weird smell in the gym. And something, most likely a bug, bit us under de blanket."

"Hotel bem localizado. Gostei do atendimento desde o check-in até o check-out.

Precisa melhorar limpeza. O chão estava super sujo, a meia ficava preta. E as paredes sujas.

"Hotel limpo, silencioso, equipe excelente. Ótimo café da manhã. Excelente custo benefício"

"SUGESTÃO: Trocar os travesseiros, regular a porta do box (precisa trocar a rodanas) e lubrificar a dobradiça da porta do banheiro."

"Great location"

After dealing with a terrible room, we advised the admin we’d stay only 1 night, check out the next day, and requested a 2-night refund. The admin explicitly agreed, but Expedia later informed us they never forwarded the refund info, blocking our money back. They lied straight to...
