"It is about a 15-20 walk from the Westlake light rail station. Beware, the exit from the station goes to the corner of Pine & 3rd which literally is drug addict central. Seriously, people were shooting up and smoking meth right on the sidewalk. We walked away really fast. The location is great and close to everything, but it is downtown and as in most downtowns around the country there are a number of homeless people walking around (but NOT as bad at Pine & 3rd). "The Anderson School is a great location. Beautiful garden area to just sit, enjoy a beverage or meal. The pool is very nice too. Love the tiki bar!! Always enjoy our stays at the McMenamins locations. "
