"Was hoping room would be ready for a slightly early check in (3pm instead of 4) and it was not ready even at 4pm. Thankfully the staff member changed our room so we won’t have to continue to wait. The rest of the stay was fine, breakfast was good. The outside of the hotel needs some upkeep, tables stacked around outside and trash left around. "

"I love everything about this resort. I was here for a conference . Food, staff, lobby, amenities, shuttle service is great! Room is very nice and quiet. Beds comfortable. Room could use a little TLC (scratched walls, shower head sporadic). Minor items and I would stay here again!"

"We got in at almost 2pm & she checked us in early and she charged me $25 for early check in fee. The room was horrible & we didn't use the pool or had breakfast since it was a quick business trip. "

"The room was nice. The pictures on the website were a little bit deceiving. The area around the hotel is filled with empty stores, and an abundance of homeless people. Not many places to eat. The Art gallery inside the hotel was a nice surprise. "

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "
