We have had the privilege of visiting the establishment numerous times with our entire family, including our grandchildren, who cherished their time in Warsaw. Victoria Hotel became our sanctuary in Poland, a place that we will forever hold in our hearts and revisit in memories and future travels. Their anticipatory approach, rather than reactive, met our needs with remarkable skill. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the kitchen personnel, particularly Ms. Bozena and Agnieszka, who consistently provided delectable local cuisine. Their dishes were prepared with utmost skill and complimented by world-class presentation and taste. Our grandchildren have developed a deep affection for the country of their grandparents. "excellent location, great hotel"

"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries."
