Sorry to hear that there was a problem with the aircon and fridge; both appliances are checked to be in working condition after each guest's stay. If these concerns were brought to our front desk staff, we would have gotten our maintenance staff to take a look and resolve the issue. I have also noted your feedback with regards to check-in and will also investigate what happened for future interactions. It was peak season during your stay at Villa Romero and not being able to check in early was likely due to the room still being occupied rather than due to booking with Wotif.
