Chambre tres spacieuse (studio), check-in avec un personnel ne s'exprimant pas tres bien anglais et qui voulait absolument un papier avec le numéro de réservation même si nous l'avions version mobile. Arrivée à la chambre cafard mort dans la salle de bain, grande fuite dans l'espace cuisine et serviette sale. Sinon pour le reste aux petits soin et un peu excentré.

Awesome stay

We loved staying in Canyon de Boracay... location wise very accessible from the main road and white beach! Paved road, nearby convenient stores, police station and restaurants. They have good food, pool and big beds (2-queen sizes instead of 2-singles), rooms are very spacious. The only downside were no wifi inside the room we stayed in but strong connection in the lobby and bad tv connection but who wants tp watch when you're in Boracay!

No WiFi in the room. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Our room bed was not changed when we asked to change it. The door knob was busted no conditioner just shampoo and eggs for breakfast is upon request. Whattt?!

Great Location. A few steps to the beach and near the police station. Room was in good condition, bed was okay but the washroom needs some attention. Toilet doesnt flush properly and the washroom was so hard to close. Buffet breakfast in the morning is good.

Never again in Canyon de Boracay!! Not worth it

This hotel should not even be rated 3 stars. Need to transfer to another room bec Aircon and ref leaking, safe deposit not working, clogged drainage, when we checked floor is still wet, need to tell them to mop it again. Transferred to another room( we were willing to be downgraded just so we can rest)aircon is not cold we have to ask for an aircooler, faucet is broken, they don’t clean the room. until we left they didn’t get the garbage, breakfast buffet sucks!! Even calamansi they don’t have. Will never go back and recommend! Their only saving grace is their staff (charlie) who was patient and apologetic with our concerns. Front desk personnel are not well trained. Not helpful.

Quiet area of boracay. Close to d mall and very close to the beach, just a two minute walk and you are right on the white sand beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire time. The hotel needs some work done. The pool needs refinishing and our room had issues with the shower coming off the wall mount. The worse thing was the mosquitoes. Early morning and evening were constantly surrounded by them. The WiFi is only located in bar area and that where the mosquitoes were the worst. It was hard to relax. The mosquitoes were also in the room as well. The sliding door to the balcony has a gap between the two sliding doors which would allow them to get in. If it weren’t for the mosquitoes I would highly recommend for the price and great staff the hotel is nice.

직원들의 응대가 친절해서 참 편안하고 좋았습니다. 매니저님의 친절함에도 감사드립니다. 시설은 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다. 침대 킹사이즈 두개에서 4명(어른2,아이2) 편안하게 잘 잤습니다. 하지만 몇가지.... 저희는 1층 룸이었는데.. 조명이...너무 어두워서 머무르는 내내 좋지 않았습니다. 주광색 형광등이 아닌것도 그랬지만, 그렇지 않더라도(백열등색등 이었음) 가운데 큰 등이 있어 환해야 하는데 두면으로 뚫려 있는 창은 옆 건물에 막혀 있고, 조명은 어둡고ㅠㅠ. 다른건 좋았는데 조명이 어두워서 머무르는 내내ㅠㅠ. 수영장의 바닥과 옆면의 처리가 않좋아 저희 아이는 올라오다 (좀 심하게)긁히는 상처를 입었네요... 수영장에서 수영하실 분들은 조심하시길.. 조식 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 밥도 있고, 빵과 주스.커피, 과일등. 맛있게 한끼 잘 먹고 시작했습니다. 위치는 메인도로와 비치 중간에 멀지 않은 거리에 있어서 좋았습니다. 걸어서 약 1~2분정도?...약100m이내? 가까와서 좋더라고요. 환전소도 리조트 입구에서 10m정도 거리에 있는데 D몰보다 아주잘 쳐 줍니다. 여기서 바꾸시길.. 참..D몰에서는 쪼금...거리가 됩니다. 스테이션2이지만 스테이션3에 가깝다보니, 갈때는 해변길로 그냥그냥 갔는데. 밤에 올때 메인도로 걸어오니 조금 머네요.툭툭이 70피소면 갑니다.^^ 전반적으로 위치 좋고 편안하게 잘 지낼 수 있는 리조트 입니다.^^

2더블 베드 방을 예약했지만, 처음 안내한 방은 1더블에 엑스트라 베드가 있는 방을 주어 다른 방으로 바꾸었음. 두번째 방은 전구가 몇개나 나가서 교체하였고, 냉장고가 고장난 것을 발견하여 직원이 고쳤으나 작동안됨. 방에서 이상한 냄새도 계속났음. 다시 프론트 데스크에 내려가서 방 교체를 얘기했지만 만실이라함. 강력하게 컴플레인을 하고 나서야 1층 컨디션 좋은 방으로 바꾸어줌. 체크인부터 마지막 방 교체까지 1시간 반 걸림. 방바닥은 청소를 안하는 느낌. 너무 먼지가 많아서 맨발이 닿으면 발이 까매짐. 아침 조식은 별로 먹을만한게 없고, 와이파이는 1층 데스크와 식당 주변에서만 가능해서 불편했음. 직원들이 전반적으로 친절한 느낌은 아니였음.

Its quiet. While not at the beach front its just like less than a min walk to white beach. The row has the Malay police station as well which makes one feel more safe. Like the canyon setup feel.

묵을만 합니다!

가족이 묵기에 방이 커서 공간이 여유있고 침대도 2개가 있어서 편합니다. 전자레지가 있어서 유용하게 사용했고 가격대비 괜찮있습니다. 다만 많이 낡은 느낌이 있는데 관리가 잘 안되는것 같습니다. 직원들은 아주 친절했습니다.

Beware of the mosquitos

Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs, but the condition of the hotel need some improvements. We were advised upon check in to avoid opening the door after 6pm to keep the mosquitos out, but they still found their way in through the gaps at top and bottom of enterance door. The rooms were spacious, but the beds were hard and the frames squeaks a lot. Overall, our stay there was ok and I ended up going home with 20+ bites from the hotel.
