"Beautiful hotel, just as shown in the pictures! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has direct access to the beach, with loungers available for guests. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything Boracay has to offer. We were lucky to have great weather during our stay. We also used the hotel’s airport transfer service for both arrival and departure, and I highly recommend it. We really...

"This was our 2nd stay at Boracay Haven Suites. Honestly I can't say enough how great this place is. I have never seen a more friendly and professional staff that are eager to serve you. The rooms were always clean and the pool was amazing with an awesome happy hour. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to all the action. This hotel always makes our stay in Boracay awesome. We will only stay here. Can't wait to return. Thank you Staff and management for making our stay here so...

"Pros: The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of selection. The breakfast staff are awesome. The rooftop pool is nice. The room was comfortable. The location is very central! Cons: this hotel shouldn’t be classified as a luxury hotel. It was fine, but when you start looking around you can see the wear and tear especially in the pool areas. Tiles held up by duct tape, dirty lounge cushions, pool bar was often dirty and unorganized. Upon checkout we were charged for a chip in a menu stand...

"Staff was amazing. They bend over backwards for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I forgot my phone charger… front desk attendant let me use her charger the whole time we were there. Beach views were amazing. This place is close to every restaurant, bar and shop. You will not be disappointed."

"We stayed at Crimson from Nov 2nd to Nov 7th . Whole staff was really attentive and tried to make our stay the most comfortable possible. The pool and the beach are just an extra that makes you really want to come back . Excellent stay !! For sure will be back !! We were a family of 3 traveling with a 4 year old !"

"Positive The white beach is just in front of the hotel! - Perfect location! (Next to D'Mall and Nice bar) - Good services! - Variety of breakfast! Negative - It is a bit expensive but ok.. - They offer complimentary free massage for 30 minutes but when we booked it is always full."

"A lovely location, right in the midst of the action."

"The staff was very accommodating. They helped me even before our stay, and made it a seamless process. The room was very clean, with great air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious.
