"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. "I reserved a 1000 sqf Executive suite with view of the ocean. Also, I requested for the highest floor. My first night was in 115 (building 1, first floor, room #5). There was no view of the ocean none whatsoever. As soon as I walked into the room, I call front desk right away to request for room change. The staff told me that there was no room available and I need to wait until the next day to find out what room, building is available. And, I have to check out by noon and wait until 3:00pm to check in again. The hotel should have provide accommodation like let us check out late or have access to regency club while waiting for our room for 3 hours. Note that, we paid for 4 days in a row."
