"I was was ill and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM to ask if there was any way to check in early. Not only was I able to check in to a room, but the extra fee was waived. Very courteous and accommodating staff!"
"We arrived on a late flight from Hong Kong (we got to the hotel around 11.45 pm) and the staff at the desk made check in seemless. About 5 minutes from airport in a taxi (taxi was expensive for 5 minutes, about $40). The room was spotless and modern. No noise whatsoever. Very large, comfortable bed. There was a wide choice of food for the buffet breakfast that was all presented very well and tasted delicious. Fantastic hotel for weary travellers. "
"We stay here every time my husband has a hospital visit. It’s clean, spacious and within walking distance to the hospital. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always check in by phone the day before. Breakfast is simple but very convenient and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have someone in hospital or just staying on the Northside of Brisbane."
