"We have stayed at Chermside on Thomas several times. This time we had a nicely renovated room which was quite spacious compared to previous studio rooms. Lovely shower with awesome pressure. Comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The grab n go breakfast is sufficient. Undercover parking included is a bonus. Westfield shopping and bus terminal within easy walking distance. "
"Hotel stuffed up our friends stay on the night of the Rugby Cup in Brisbane. Most places were booked out. The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue."
"Great location for dropping off a Caravan rental and having somewhere to stay before heading to the airport the next day. We walked half a block between the two. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I needed to do laundry and the laundry services had closed for the day, so she drove me to the closest laundry mat to help out. The room was quiet. Balcony was a nice, quiet addition. Would stay here again!"
