"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

"Exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed , spacious , with all the required amenities and a large patio. The grounds are stunning with a divine pool and a gorgeous view of the provencal countryside. The breakfasts were incredible and sumptuous. The service was friendly. For an extra amount they set up a picnic for an electric bike tour of neighbouring villages and it was a highlight. The in house restaurants are incredible. "This was the best place we stayed in during the 5 weeks as the staff owners are helpful and friendly and it is great value - we were there 4 days - the parking is off site but free in the city - great central location for the region - good breakfasts - there is a roof top patio but it was too cold and windy when we were there but it would be good in the summer - convenient in the city - hosts had good recommendations for restaurants- and had a really excellent meal in the town 10 minutes from...
