"The hotel facility (room, common areas, pools, waterslides) is very nice, and they offered a number of fun daily activities for guests of all ages. The room was clean and quiet and was turned timely and daily. The staff is very friendly. Valet service was prompt and professional. Room service was not very good -- it appeared someone loaded up plates from a breakfast buffet table and delivered it to the room. No amenities that you might expect from a high-level hotel -- eg, no robes, no slippers."
