"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle. Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...

"The hotel is very central to everything and a short walk from the beach. Hotel provides fresh beach towels upon request and the staff was incredibly helpful. Marina went above and beyond helping with the last minute reservations and recommendations. The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic...

"The hotel is safely located within 3 minutes walk of the train station...plus a small walk up to the hotel site (on a hill)...The hotel is a small boutique hotel (maybe 10 rooms total ?)... The staff spoke very good English and were very nice.... The room was very clean and had cable TV....the room did not or appear to have A/C (it did appear to have heating system for the winter) we arrived in October, so nonA/C was needed."
