"We landed there after missing our flight, given the very close location to the airport. We are very lucky because the property (a former Marriott) was exactly what we needed. It’s a $15 ride to the airport, or .6 miles which is walkable. The dive shop has great stock and lovely owners. I can’t comment much more than that given that we were only there as a holdover, but I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in Bonaire. "
"Love that the Divi Flamingo Beach hotel and timeshare studios are very close to the water - footsteps from the ocean. The island's waterfront is a bit rocky and watershoes are recommended. The hotel's restaurants were good, the beach bar is heaven at sunset, the resort is walkable to town. The waters are among the best in the world for snorkeling and diving, and safe with no surf or surge. If you want action, nightlife, gambling, golf, go to Aruba. This island is quiet and relaxing, and so is...
"The resort is going through some construction but we stayed in the completed area and it was very nice. The pool is nice. The cabanas and umbrellas get reserved quickly. Food can be repetitive but it was nice ambiance at the only restaurant. Watch out for the seagulls at breakfast"
"Delightful staff and for a diver, it doesn't get easier or more convenient of an experience. The reef is nice, different than what I expected putting it up against the Red Sea. Different things to see essentially. Red Sea would be more colorful in hard corals and clams while Bonaire has large gorgonians and massive pipe corals where you simply don['t see in Egypt. A very nice 12 day stay. Red Sea would be more of a highly restrictive dive environment. Buddy dive is the polar opposite. ...

"Amazing layout, location, amenities, dining and staff. The smaller villas made it feel very private and although the complex was full, it didn’t feel like it. "
"The place is new and tastefully decorated, two problems made my stay not so pleasant: lack of WiFi (despite the fact that there was WiFi it NEVER worked and I had no phone connection in the premises) and the place was infested with mosquitoes , they would need to use some candles or other methods to rid the place of the bugs- the common space was very nice but I never used it because of the mosquitoes "
