Hotel fraco, quarto horrível, quente, barulhento e apertado. Banheiro apertado e sem ducha higiênica. Frigobar totalmente vazio. Realmente hotel muito fraco não recomendo.

Excepcional!!

Equipe do hotel muito profissional, inclusive o mantenedor. Café da manhã, chuveiro, cama todos muitos bons. Café precisa ter opções para quem tem restrições alimentar. Quarto com tamanho bastante agradável e super limpo. A cama é confortável ( nos ajudou a descansar depois de longa viagem) e a localização excepcional bem próximo ao pontos estratégico da cidade e da igreja. Achei incrível o empenho do manobrista de nos ajudar com a vaga para guardar nosso veiculo, isso facilitou muito para aproveitar a noite e reduzir as preocupações com horario. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar nesse estabelecimento!

Melhorar o atendimento

O quarto era confortável, mas a TV não estava funcionando. Chamei o atendente, mas ele não conseguiu resolver o problema, deixando-nos sem o canal sintonizado. Depois de alguns ajustes na antena improvisada, consegui, EU MESMO, sintonizar os canais.

Quarto muito limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas, colchões e travesseiros novos e confortáveis. Frigobar estava desligado o que ocasionou um transtorno, posição do ar condicionado e cômoda para que utiliza a cama do lado oposto a posição do ar. Café da manhã simples e reposto regularmente, misteira estava queimada.
