Leider wurden Reklamationen nicht zeitnah erledigt, Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt aber kein sauberes Geschirr hingestellt und auch keine spinnen an der Wand ,waren nur vier Stück von alleine beseitigt. Teller beim Buffet war leider jeder dritte verschmutzt Und Datenschutz wird scheinbar nicht gewahrt, da einfach alte Daten genommen wurden ,die ich geändert habe ,aber trotzdem würden Anfragen an eine völlig andere Person geschickt

Tolle Lage im Ort und zur Ostsee

Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und die Ausstattung ist gut. Frühstück ist umfangreich und gut. Bei der Preiskategorie wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert. Service und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.

Das Hotel war ganz in Ordnung. Wir wurden um 5.20 Uhr unsanft geweckt. Rollis wurden unter unserem Zimmer durch die Gegend geschoben. Und beim Frühstück war das Personal unflexibel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön!
