Surprised that a hotel in this price range does not have washcloths or hair conditioner in the room. The food in the restaurant was also not great for the price they are charging. For reference, I had just paid the same price per night for the Ritz Carlton in Berlin and it was far superior. I understand that I’m paying for the location, but these things should be the bare minimum.

Zimmer ok Fenster müßten mal gereinig werden sowie die Auslegware Frühstücksbüffets war ok aber es fehlt an Personal sowie ein Süpervisor die Gäste lenkt welcher Tisch frei ist und nicht daß die Gäste selber die Tische zusammen schieben und das dreckige Geschirr Stapeln.Die wenige Kellner können es nicht schaffen und man hat ja Zeit im Urlaub.Im großen und ganzen ist das kein 4 Sterne Hotel da fehlen ein paar Punkte.Und kein Verbote aufstellen wie z,B Kaffee Thermoskanne auffüllen da gibt es andere Wege die Gäste gleiten

Super tolles, sauberes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit einem Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen ließ und super schönem Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Auffallend: Das Hotel ist eher bei der Ü70-Fraktion beliebt, vielleicht war es auch Zufall. Positiv: Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer: Lage innerhalb des Hotels entscheidend: Die Zimmer zum Park hin sind angenehm ruhig, zur Straße hin, besonders im Linken linken Flügel durch den Verkehr leider sehr laut. Strand: Zugang perfekt, Strandkörbe im „Park“ des Hotels vorhanden. Man geht Schwimmen und chillt unter den Bäumen. Perfekt. Sauberkeit: Vorbildlich!

Leider wurden Reklamationen nicht zeitnah erledigt, Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt aber kein sauberes Geschirr hingestellt und auch keine spinnen an der Wand ,waren nur vier Stück von alleine beseitigt. Teller beim Buffet war leider jeder dritte verschmutzt Und Datenschutz wird scheinbar nicht gewahrt, da einfach alte Daten genommen wurden ,die ich geändert habe ,aber trotzdem würden Anfragen an eine völlig andere Person geschickt

Tolle Lage im Ort und zur Ostsee

Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und die Ausstattung ist gut. Frühstück ist umfangreich und gut. Bei der Preiskategorie wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert. Service und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.
