"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "Checked & checked out so quick. First, the room’s WiFi was so weak & slow. Had to go to the desk to get WiFi. There’s no hot water so you’re showering with cold water. Location was very far from everything. I asked Expedia for a refund but nothing was refunded as of now."
