"This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this property. It is a major health and safety hazard. Do not bring...

"We were very disappointed to find that our room was actually a smoking room ( even though the front desk promised that it wasn’t). The odor when we opened up the door was over powering. ( our cpap machines the next night at home even had the odor). The sofa in the room was gross, old, saggy and stained. The bathroom was very small and the sink was part of the kitchenette. You might ask why did we stay, the answer we could not find any other rooms in the area."

"Comfortable room and beds"

"The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. There was nothing negative about our stay, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Great place to spend over night"

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming."

"Checked in around 2:30pm. Got to the room in the conference center 307 and our keys did not work. Called the front desk and they said to come back down and they would rerun them. Sigh . . . Went to the front desk, went to a different clerk who ran the keys, and back to the room again and they worked this time. My husband and I took a nap and then went out to shop and for dinner. Within that first hour, my back and shoulder started itching. When we got back to the room, my husband looked at...

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and comfy. Pool was a great temperature and clean. My only complaint was breakfast was almost all carbs and I'm gluten free eating. My grandkids liked it. Would stay there again."

"Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom."

"Staff was polite, nice, and amazing with our kids. Loved our stay there"
