"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Perfecte locatie in het centrum/ old town Uitstekend vers ontbijt buffet en goede kamers. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer wordt ook goed aangevuld elke dag. Mooie badkaner met regendouche. Zelfs de grote tv kon ik makkelijk verbinden via ingebouwde chromecast met mijn Netflix en streamen via de goede wifi verbinding. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aanraden, alles op loopafstand te doen, en de trein/tram is dichtbij voor de verdere uitstapjes."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. "Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating.
