Fantastic and very friendly staff. Great security. They let me choose my room. How nice is that!? Close to all the action in Santa Fe and central Bogota. Close to the National Museum and plaza de Bolivar. Tinted windows were pretty cool on the third floor for people watching outside. Literally steps from anything you could want in a "tolerance zone" - Great bars, casinos and clubs nearby. Good food choices as well closeby. Great value for the price. It's not the Ritz but so what?...you stay for the location not the hotel. Highly recommend!

Seedy, dirty, rough area nice staff

Super sketchy area with suspicious characters right outside the locked door on the hotel. Dirty stained towels, dingy sheets, no window in room and low privacy. Didn't test the shower. Biggest downside is no toilet seat?! What?! Just the metal rim?! REDICULOUS. At least there is wifi in the lobby and water/drinks to buy. Staff was super nice. Prostitutes everywhere outside. Know what you're getting into...

You usually get what you pay for but not here. The other reviews are true. Complete photo shop pics. I got the kitchenette room and the stove didn't work. A bunch of gas comes out that immediately fills room with gas smell but would not ignite; thank god actually as I felt the whole room would light up and get engulfed in flames. The refrigerator works at least but dirty. I had to wipe down handles so I didn't feel dirt when opening and closing door. Bathroom looked clean but I wiped the toilet and a bunch of dirt was cleaned off. Speaking of toilet, there is no seat so you can either sit on porcelain (which you have to clean or wipe yourself) or squat to go #2. Hot water does come out immediately which impressed me but no shower head so just stream of water. I got 2 beds and both were uncomfortable. One was too stiff and the other was short and out of shape. The area where hotel is, is right on the edge of the red light district so you're not in the best or safest environment. If this is your thing, you'll feel at home. If not, you won't feel safe in the area at night.

Very central and conveniently situated. Room was cleaned daily. I wish the toilet had a seat but it had hot water ! Very basic room but undoubtedly a very good value considering cost, staff, location. I do recommend!

Decepcionante y deplorable

Es una zona híper peligrosa, llena de prostitutas, travestis y malandros. El hotel dentro tiene gente indeseable como huéspedes, de mal hablar, de gritar y poner música en las habitaciones, a todo volumen a las 6:30 am, en cuanto a las recepcionistas son muy decentes y muy atentas. El WC tenía rota la manilla de bajarla rota y remendada, tuve que rearmarla. El jabón que ponen en la habitación es mínimo, tamaño micro y de la más baja calidad; las toallas de baño igualmente de las peores. Lo único rescatable de este establecimiento son las recepcionistas, muy atentas, dedicadas y amables.

Se recibe por lo que se paga, buen servicio, aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con la llave de la ducha ya que le faltaba perilla del agua fría y me quemé un poco mientras intentaba abrirla con mis manos
