Great hotel. Front desk, house cleaning, and restaurant employee were awesome. Asked for recommendations and very helpful. They were honest and available at all times. Breakfast was good.

En general muy buena experiencia. Lastimosamente no tuvimos suerte con la presión del agua caliente. Muy poco caudal, no fue muy confortable la experiencia de la ducha.

Recepcion desatento, y con ofrecimiento de bebidas engañoso como si fuera cortesia del viajero que llega y resulta que son bebidas del restaurante, costosas. problemas con compañeros que no tenia incuido desayuno y cobraron muy alto por tomarlo en el momento.

Viaje en familia con dos habitaciones conectadas
Tuvimos una habitación premium para mi esposa y para mí. La habitación estaba conectada con otra que tenía dos camas queen donde se quedaron los dos niños. Estuvo de lujo!, sólo que al momento de la reserva no sabíamos que esto se podía hacer, nos enteramos al momento de hacer el check-in. El desayuno es muy bueno, el restaurante bonito y tiene calefacción. La noche de parqueadero vale COP16000, y cada entrada y salida también cobran el parqueo, aunque es gratis los primeros 15 min.

Los desayunos costosos
Muy bien pero la verdad ofrecen un desayuno excesivamente costoso y buffet no muy variado, no tenían ni pan integral en la canasta de panes. Hubo un día que estaban cobrando desayuno buffet y no había realmente buffet ni muchas opciones.

Bonito el hotel pero faltan detalles
La limpieza espectacular, las personas de restaurante y de recepcion muy amables, no tuvimos botones ni a la llegada ni en el check out, el check out es muy temprano y mas si es por una sola noche,pensabamos venir para el 31 de diciembre pero ns preocupa un check out tan temprano y salir trasnochados corriendo, hacen falta mas productos de comida rapida sobre todo para las noches

In general I'm happy with our experience at this hotel. Property is in good condition, well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious good amenities good wifi and so so cable tv. Restaurants are located in an upper floor with good views. We only went for the breakfast buffet which was good but not great due to limited selection. Customer service was good. Main issue was the parking situation which is almost a deal breaker I would consider staying in another place next time but there's limited availability of hotels in the area. The parking situation is annoying, inconvenient, not well thought or planned, antiquated and really maddening, borderline infuriating. First the building has parking around it but there's no signs about it; when you drive in, you note that there's a guy in a kiosk nearby the entrance/road but not on the road or facing it so you don't know if you have to stop or ask the guy or just keep driving; in my case I kept driving around the building and parked near the main entrance of the hotel and checked in. When I wanted to leave and get some dinner I discovered the steps. A guy in the kiosk writes down the plate in a notebook! and then when you want to leave you ask for a seal/coupon in the front desk then you walk to the kiosk and pay (only cash!) but he/she has to find your plate first in the notebook with hundreds of handwritten notes. Then you will get a receipt with a code which you scan at the exit. Repeat every time you want to leave!

This property is very nice!,..The pictures online don’t serve this property not justice. They should hire a professional to take better pictures, I’m sure they would stay booked. Best kept secret hotel is new, and very clean. Had an amazing time!

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was great. The two negative things I can think of (and they are both minor) was the parking payment location and the ease of exiting the facility. The parking payment booth is located near the entrance to the facility, which means that when we needed to leave we had to walk clear across the facility to go pay for parking. They need to move the payment booth closer to the exit. Secondly, the only way to exit the facility is to take the road going north into Cajica. Most of the time we need to take the road going south towards Bogota. Which meant we had to go north a little ways then try to make a uturn to get on the road we needed to go south. That was not an easy task. It was a major hassle.
