Staff was very welcoming, attentive to details and intent on making you feel comfortable. Catherine at the front desk and Alejandro as well as Viviana in the restaurant at breakfast time were truly amazing. When an issue happened German Barajas at the front desk was responsive, professional and effective. Estelar 93 was stellar!!!

Me encantó este hotel es limpio, muy acogedor, el personal fue muy amable y nos atendieron excelentemente. La comida de el restaurante es muy rica y el desayuno ni se diga. Alrededor de el hotel hay muchos restaurantes buenos y si caminas por la carrera 11 tienes acceso a varios centros comerciales. Recomiendo altamente este hotel es muy bueno!!!

The property is well maintained. The attention to detail with staff and service is outstanding. Room service is prompt and Security staff is excellent. Overall a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for convenience as well. Plenty of dining and shopping options.
