The staff was great, the place was very clean. It’s a great place for whoever needs to stay nearby the area, unfortunately you also need to be aware that could be very noisy due to the airport.

Very quiet place.

This "home" hotel, as many in Bogota, is nice place to rest after a long journey. Very small rooms but comfortable. There is no shopping centers or restaurants near to the hotel. Free shuttle from the airport it's a nice detail.

Bueno bueno el hotel y el servicio, el desayuno muy rico, el único inconveniente es que no aparecía el registro de mi reservación que hice por la pagina y pague con tarjeta de crédito y me querían volver a cobrar por la estadía, al final se pudo resolver el inconveniente pero no deja de ser incomodo

I was staying a night in Bogotá for a next day flight. I am very particular where I will stay because I use to operate preferred hotels. I saw this hotel was near the bigger chain hotels so I thought with such wonderful reviews I would prefer to stay in a Boutique Hotel! There more like home. The owner of the hotel she was Fantastic!! Her nephew and brother the same! The brother had picked me up and dropped me off at the airport very inexpensive with tip, the nephew who spoke English was so attentive to my needs and the breakfast was made to order with fresh Colombian fruit at its peak. The two lady’s who cooked were friendly and very attentive the food fresh and hot! I had issues with the tickets I thought I had purchased for my flights and the owner let me use the phone and was willing to assist with my little English! I could go on and on! I normally would never leave such a long detailed review but those lovely people at the hotel are honest genuine people who make you feel more than welcome, they make you feel at home! Thank you so much everyone!!You would be a fool to waste your money at one of the larger Chain hotels! You would be missing out if you did!
