The place is good, there are lots of shops and dinning options around. Very good transportation. The hotel is good for a short stay. The rooms are small and crammed, so would be just enough to stay for the night.

La reserva no estaba registrada en el hotel. Al llegar se me explicó de un problema interno y se me ofreció hospedaje y transporte a ese hospedaje el cual decidí aceptar al finalizar el día. Al regresar al hotel para que me enviaran al otro hotel, la persona en el turno de la noche no tenía información sobre mí. Asumo que con autorización de la encargada del hotel pidieron un servicio de Uber para llevarme a un hotel a 10 minutos en automovil, al llegar a la dirección que ellos indicaron al Uber, él no sabía dónde quedaba el hotel y yo menos porque soy extranjero. Se suponía que el hotel a donde yo iba le pagaría el viaje al Uber. Al ver que estaba sin hospedaje, y el Uber no tenía ninguna rrspondabilidad mas que llevarle a donde se suponia estaba el hotel que no pudimos encontrar ni preguntando a varias personas, yo decidí pagarle el viaje al Uber y adicional le pedí que me llevara de regreso al Aeropuerto El Dorado. Hotel Casa Sarita no tenía mi reserva y ofreció arreglar la situación y lo hizo pesimo, Bogotá no es una ciudad segura y mucho menos a las 12 de la media noche.

El peor servicio porque apesar de haber realizado reserva no las.respetaron, no se pagaron antes xq no habia opción de pagarla,de tener la opcion lo hubiesemos hecho, y tampoco nos brindaron una solución, y todas las opciones que dimos se.obtuvo una negativa, ademas que no fieron empaticos con nosotros teniendo en cuenta que llegábamos de otra ciudad y no conociamos, además percibimos una actitud burlesca todo el.tiempo de la persona q nos atendio. No lo recomiemdo para nada.

Lastimosamente hice la reserva por medio de la plataforma y cuando estaba en el terminal me comuniqué para la respectiva llegada y me notificaron que la reserva si aparecía pero el hotel estaba lleno. Por tanto, quedé a la deriva buscando hotel.

pésimo servicio

La experiencia fue horrible, cuando llegamos a pesar de haber hecho la reserva por este medio y de que ellos nos confirmaron que si estábamos agendados no nos dieron nuestra habitación porque estaban llenos y nos querían enviar a otro hotel del mismo propietario donde nos cancelaban un transporte pero el resto lo debíamos costear nosotros. Debido a que ya teníamos agendado este hotel todo nuestro itinerario era en los alrededores de este y no nos servía dicha opción por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscar otro hotel. Lo peor es que esta situación la vivieron otros huespedes ya que al llegar allí a todos les decían lo mismo. Me parece el colmo que permitan reservas en el hotel y luego al llegar el huésped digan que no, que no hay habitaciones y nos envíen a otra parte.

cuando la atención es pésima nada que hacer.

En principio fue agradable, pero con respecto a la colaboración para el recibo de la factura fue un chasco, la persona encargada, una mujer que del turno de las 6:00 A.M., fue grosera con el suscrito, toda vez que lo que había solicitado era una factura donde se plasmara los días incluyendo las noches, y esta manifestaba que era una factura por cía, cuando no le vi problema a que me generara una sola, ya que tenia que presentar registro de la factura para legalizar una comisión y segundo, que la misma señora retiro mi bolso de la habitación que me habían asignado el día que llegue al hotel y que antes de que culminara la hora, confirme que me quedaba otro día y que una compañera me llevo la maleta al hotel y a la habitación en principio, sorpresa que me lleve cuando llegue en horas de la noche ya me habían asignado otra habitación, y el bolso en recepción, eso me pareció lo más grosero por parte de dicha persona.

No estuve en el hotel Casa Sarita, donde hice la reserva. Cuando llegué me enviaron a otro hotel Casa Guillermo sin aviso previo. Tema que obviamente me molestó, porque habia seleccionado Sarita por su cercanía con el Campin, a cambio me transportaron entre los hoteles.

Las reservas no llegan al hotel a tiempo. Reserve 2 noches. Y la primera no tenían cupo. Me mandaron a otro hotel. Que no tenía buenas condiciones casa paulina.

el hotel es muy bueno, muy cómoda las habitaciones,excelente ubicación,lo único que no me gusto es que hay un listado de precios de las bebidas que encuentras en la habitación para consumir que no esta actualizado y a la hora de cancelar alguna bebida o comestibles te salen con otro precio a cancelar. deberian de actualizar los precios para no tener inconvenientes. de resto calificación 10 puntos.

La reserva no la respetaron, y a varios huespedes les paso lo mismo, tuvimos que llegar a buscar otro hotel, porque nos querian enviar a un hotel de la misma cadena a 15 min.
