Check in was quick and easy. All staff was very helpful and very friendly. The area was very walkable and had THE BEST empanada spot at a short walking distance.

After some trepidation with the location and somewhat basic accommodations, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and considerate guests. And then a great breakfast and a super shower with hot water and wonderful views from the seating area and terrace. I will be staying again.

The property staff was extremely helpful, but the room was very small, the shower water kept turning on and off on it's own, and the toilet clogged almost immediately upon arrival. The room had light coming in the whole time and needs blackout curtains. No AC so bring a fan. People talking outside the thin wall late into the evening. Breakfast not worth the cost as it was toast and an egg. Great place to stay a night as it's in a good location near Bolivar Square. It's perfect for backpackers.

Limpio y muy cómodo

El lugar está muy cuidado y tiene muchos espacios comunes. Me gustó el uso de la madera y que hubiera varios sofás y terrazas. La localización es perfecta para visitar La Candelaria y sus museos, la quinta de Bolívar y el cerro de Monserrate. Todo está cerca a pie. La atención de Carlos y de Lucas fue excelente.

Vieille bâtisse en bois qui a son charme, mais ca grince de partout! Cest pas grand mais ça accueille quand même 20-30 personnes, mais il n'y a que 2 toilettes pour les 15 résidents des dortoirs, non séparés des 2 douches! Le dortoir donne sur une baie vitrée avec rideaux blancs qui mene a une terrasse, donc ca laisse passer la lumière (dès 5h du mat) et c'est très bruyant. En gros l’ hôtel est mal agencé alors si en plus les invités ne sont pas respectueux du sommeil des autres on dort mal. Ok c'est pas cher et le petit déjeuner est compris mais ça c'estpas fou (1 tranche de pain de mie + beurre/confiture + 2 oeufs + 1/2 banane) cf photo. Personnel sympa. On a decouvert en partant quil y avait un sauna... Merci de nous prevenir! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les guides de voyage conseillent cet hostel...

fue un poco complicado lograr encontrarla porque estaba de noche las instalaciones me parecieron geniales todo muy limpio y muy organizado, cosas de pronte negativas es que las cortinas eran claras lo que perita bastante el paso de la luz, tuve que salir temprano por lo que no alcance a probar el desayuno

Hotel rooms were dirty. There was hair on every bed. The bathrooms are open in the room so there is no privacy if You’re sharing the room with someone. Also the rooms are all on a hallway that is very loud so you wake up very easily. The only positive is the staff is very nice
