Excelente servicio, comida y la cama súper comoda. Algo importante es que fui por negocios uy el internet no me permitió tener reuniones. Tuve que posponerlas para la siguiente semana ya que me escuchaban cortado y no pude presentar No funcionaba bien en mi cuarto ni siquiera en la salida de reuniones o el loby

Only issue was the noise from other rooms and the street. Other than that, 5 stars. Staff is great and the driver is the nicest guy possible. Make sure to book him!

Malo para descansar, mal servicio
Muy lento el proceso de check in, solo una persona atendiendo. Parece que había reparaciones en el hotel porque todos los días había mucho ruido. Muy incómodo para descansar. Utilicé el estacionamiento y cuando acudí a recepción únicamente para un sello tardaron media hora en atenderme, una persona estaba ocupada haciendo check in de otros huéspedes y la otra persona estaba desocupada y no me quiso atender En grupo acudimos a tomar jugo y café a la barra y nos cobraron uno extra, le mencioné a la señorita y me dijo que podian darnos el café adicional pero ya nadie quería más

Great hotel at a great location
Perfect location, rooms were big with good amenities, shower was awesome although it takes a couple of minutes for water to heat up. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear a lot of the things happening around you, but the hotel provides ear plugs in case you need them. There are plenty things to do around the hotel at a walking distance, so it's an overall great place to stay.

I loved this hotel I stayed there s few months ago and I thought, great location, clean, and a good price. This time I came back and made 8 other friends stay in the in the hotel. I booked a suite on the 9th floor and my experience was not the same. Everyday they started making construction noises at 7:30 AM. It was disturbing and completely unaccepted for a hotel. The worst part is that we asked for help several times, telling the front desk they were unhelpful and even lied about it. They told me the noise was coming from another building I was so desperate that i walked up the stairs where thw noise was coming from open the door of the 10th floor and saw 2 guys doing construction work. I asked them to stop and filmed them to make sure the hotel stop lying. Even after walking down myself to the front desk and telling them everything they weren't able to make them stop completely. I did not sleep while staying there. I will not come back and will make sure not to recommend this place again.
