The "24 reception" is non-existent, trying to check in around 4pm and I stood around for a while waiting for someone to show up while I sat there ringing the bell, shouting hello is anyone working, etc... The hot water took about 15 minutes in the shower that has no shower head and the water smells bad. No hangers in the closet. And my favorite, no top sheet, so i was sleeping under a blanket that was certainly not washed after each guest. I wouldn't stay here again.
