"Hotel is very tired, staff are not welcoming. Manager (In all black suit around kitchen area) seemed to walk around looking angry and very unwelcoming. Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent."

Because of the contact issue, i felt i took a risk booking it. But thought it would be fine for one night... Review: 1) If it was possible to attach pictures i would, i am not sure if i got the worst room in the Hotel. But my room did NOT look anything like any of the rooms in the pictures. "Very friendly and helpful owners, check in etc happens remotely. Spotlessly clean and tidy small hotel in the train station building. Passing trains are obviously loud, but there were none between ca 2300-0700, so it didn't bother us at all, in fact it was fun to watch them pass! A short walk into the town centre with shops, restaurants and café. Free parking much appreciated too."
