"Nestled into a great location on the hillside of Chefchaouen’s beautiful blue Medina, this Riad is a hidden gem. Staff were extremely helpful, the rooms and decor were modern and unique but also felt very Moroccan. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and I only wish we’d had more time in the city to enjoy dinner at their restaurant or relax and take in the stunning view from their rooftop patio. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Dar MD! The location is very good for viewing the different sites of Chefchaouen. It was also located close to a very good restaurants: El Ciello and La Tirana. There was lots of storage in the room and the lightning was thoughtfully laid out. The shower was the best that we experienced in Morocco! The entrance to the Dar is beautiful and breakfast was delicious and with nice views from the rooftop. The front desk was very helpful to arrange a taxi to the bus...

"When I arrived at the property it wasn’t possible to find any staff member. That was when I noticed the store under the building and one of the people there was ready to help me. When I arrived at the room I had a great surprise. It is like a small apartment, with pretty much everything you might need. It’s located in the middle of the medina and has a nice view on the top. Probably the best room I had on Morocco. Great value for the price."
