"This is my second visit to the Sydney Waterfront Inn and Suites. This time we had the city view with a nice veranda to watch the world drift by from our upstairs vantage point. The room and amenities were excellent. The whirl pool tub was so refreshing, what a great feature!! The electric fireplace added some nice ambiance after a long day of seeing the sites. The desk staff and the housekeeping staff are a true asset to the hotel.Close to a bakery, several great restaurants and the awesome seashore it hits all the bells . We'll be back next year for our third visit and hopefully book the ocean side veranda room . I believe the daily rate to be indicative of a five star establishment. Cheers to the staff and owners !! All the best!!"

"The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were great. However things took a bit of a turn as we got to the corridor that our room was on. It was hot in the hallway and when we entered the room it was like a sauna. The thermostat could only be turned down to 20C so we cooked the rest of the night. The room itself was nice. Very clean and comfortable. However we didn’t get a great sleep due to the party that someone decided to have that went until around 2:30am. I mentioned all of this at checkout but the staff didn’t seem overly concerned. All I got for a response was that it was the weekend. Well I was travelling and getting on a early flight, and at $270 a night I’d like a little quite!"
