"We enjoyed our stay however I gave it a 4 star because "breakfast" was kinda disappointing it was more like snacks than breakfast."

"We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. There were droppings in the closet that looked like mouse poop. The bathroom was not clean and the light fixture had never been cleaned. The towels felt like sad paper on your skin. This isn't a huge deal but the TV was completely fuzzy and you couldn't read the guide because it was so distorted. We were told there was towels at the pool, but there were none. A lot of little things wrong but the biggest was the black mold. Hopefully they will get this fixed, but we will never stay there again."

"Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place."

"We loved our stay at Artisan. You can’t beat the location. A walk away from shops and restaurants. We went for a play at the Athen’s Theatre and we were .3 miles away from it. We walked there and back. You don’t really even need to get in your car unless you want to go somewhere out of downtown. Chica’s Cuban restaurant is right next door and there is also a lounge with live music almost every night. It’s not the quietest location and if you like to go to bed early this might not be the place for you. My husband and I usually go to bed closer to 10-11 and most things close down between 8-9. There aren’t really any amenities on site, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Multiple coffee shops were minutes away for breakfast. We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Tons of places to eat around. Very quiet, clean property. Easy to get in and out convenient location. Great free breakfast big rooms comfortable beds bathrooms are plenty big. Would stay there again for sure."
