Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. "
"Excellent hotel with attentive staff and good breakfast. Very convientely located in central London next to the British Museum and many other attractions. Decor is a touch dated and could do with some renovations but hotel is meticulously clean and well kept."

"Nice room with a separate sitting area. Quiet (11th floor) and great location only a short walk to Kings Cross train station and the St Pancras tube station. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. One problem: only one of the 3 elevators was working while we were there for 3 nights."
"The English breakfast included with the Stay was very good as were the options to have other sides with the meal i.e; yogurt, fruit, cereal, Red and White Cheese, coffee, and tea etc. Well worth the fee."
"Great place if you just want a room. Small room and property was quite clean and everything worked. The check-in process was super easy and staff was very friendly. I got exactly what I paid for in a great neighborhood close to the train station, university, British Museum and a ton of shopping and restaurants. The room I got was great for a short stay. Would definitely look at larger room sizes if you were going to be in town more than two days."

"We had a wonderful first stay at the Standard. The hotel is very up market and our room was spacious and stylish with modern amenities. We stayed in a suite with a dining area, bath in the room and balcony. It was perfect for our first family trip away with our one year old daughter. Having room service available was brilliant so we could have breakfast in the room before getting ready for the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. "Very tidy place with modern finishes in bathroom, fast wifi, tasty breakfast buffet for a fee in a cute dining space off the lobby. The hotel is in a charming, walkable neighborhood with a small park directly across so there are lovely trees out the window. It is an older building so can get drafty and no elevator but the radiator keeps things comfortable and there are only a few floors. "The location was ideal for an overnight between train journeys. The communication from Yannis was brilliant, and his whole team were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional and for one night was ideal. Comfy bed, and the tea trolley delivery was a nice touch. "
