"The Pictures of the hotel were very deceiving on the Expedia website. The place was run down, pool was in poor shape. My family felt unsafe at the hotel. Expedia gave the hotel a 7.4 rating. Reviews later found online were terrible and the hotel had lots of complaints including bugs. We not go back for anything. We asked for a refund and were told they had no manager on site to issue a refund as well."

"Very disappointing stay at Best Western Alamosa Inn. We checked in after 8:00 PM after spending the day at Great Sand Dunes National Park, only to find multiple issues with our room: the bathroom sink was completely unusable because the stopper was stuck closed, the shower body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty, and the hair dryer did not work and contained broken glass. I have photos and videos documenting all of these issues. We reported the problems immediately. After waiting over...

"The front desk staff was excellent! Unfortunately, the shower floor and doors were unacceptable in that the floor was stained and dirty and the doors were hard water stained. It seems to me that this wouldn't be the case if they were being cleaned after each visitor stay."
