"Hotel is in the process of being refurbished and updated but we were not disturbed by the renovations. Our room had been updated and was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant, bar and reception had been updated and are stunning. Breakfast had an amazing selection of food including Scottish fare! Best choice we’ve ever seen! Our evening meals in the bar were delicious too. Highly recommend!"

"Nice atmosphere downstairs and up in the room. Tall ceilings excellent bedding, wonderful shower delicious treats. We ate dinner there and while the salad wasn’t very good. The pizza was delicious. In the morning we were in a hurry to go see the castle and they boxed up some pastries for the car and gave us drinks to go. Absolutely amazing service!! The parking lot in the back may have been one of my favorite features. It’s on a busy street with lots of competition to park there and pay, but...

"Staff were great and friendly. Rooms and bed are very tired. Drains backing up in bath and wash basin. Bed uncomfortable and lumpy. And room in need of an update."

"The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious and clean. The hotel is located next to the battle of bannockburn museum with easy access to the park and statue. Breakfast was alright and had the basics as well as a few pastries and cereal options."

"From arrival to check out, our stay was wonderful. We had a fabulous lunch whilst our room was getting ready. Room was perfect, sweet pastries and fruit in the room, great amenities, clean and cosy. Highly recommend and will definitely return"

"A nice stay again. Short stop en route to Glasgow. Lovely meal in the evening with pleasant staff. Room spacious and comfortable"

"Great stay, great location and fabulous breakfast 🍳"

"clean room, walkable location."

"Jamais déçue"

"We were very excited to be staying at Broomhall. It is nicely located near the Wallace Monument and Stirling. There is nothing around Broomhall as far as shops and restaurants or pubs. The bathrooms are updated, but the flooring (carpet) is very antiquated and had a few stains in our room. The Scottish breakfast was good and the fish and chips. The pub located on the premise was cute and Logan was very pleasant. There is a lot of potential for this hotel, but overall needs updating."

"The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that."

"Lovely stay"

"This was our second stay at Cromlix and unlike most sequels we were not disappointed! Beautiful surroundings, well appointed rooms, incredibly warm and welcoming staff and exceptional dining. We could not have asked for more. There’s nothing pretentious about Cromlix. It feels as though you are at home with family in a comfortable environment that allows you to be as busy or as relaxed as your mood takes you."
