"Sheets had hair on them and the sink drain did not work. Check-in was strange with the clerk asking whether I had just made the reservation that day (I had not). Tall folks will need to duck under low-hanging light fixtures in the lobby. Walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors speaking in a normal conversational voice. Refrigerator door would not close and freezer badly needed to be defrosted. Breakfast ended early. Would not stay here again despite the convenient location."

"The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home."

"We were looking forward to a 3-night stay at this boutique hotel, with its restaurant and pool. However, upon arrival we learned there was no restaurant, and then were told the pool was closed which was a key amenity in my booking. Disappointed, we headed to our room hoping to make the best of it. The room had a funky smell despite being non-smoking, so I tried airing it out. Then my daughter noticed a sticky substance on the walls, so she washed her hands and we figured we'd just avoid...
