"The property is gorgeous and historic. The rooms are well appointed and make you feel treated. The staff seem very friendly and quick to help. The grounds are gorgeous and there are lovely walking trails. A note to other guests - there seems to be no elevator to the second floor.
I have two complaints: There was NO TEA BAGS in the room; only 2 coffee pods.
The other complaint was that sleeping was difficult as the room was ENORMOUSLY LOUD. I was up late trying to figure out what machinery...
"The staff were excellent with prompt and professional help which made my vacation feel 5 *. I felt safe being a lone older woman visitor to Canada and was given lots of tips about the local area for great walks and shopping etc. The views over the Port were amazing. I cant wait fro my next vacation and to return to the Waterside Inn"
"Really nice, clean, roomy. Hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. No lines even though they were fully booked. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and kept it well stocked even when busy. "
"Clean and well-maintained hotel - elevators need some touching up and a bit of refurbishing, but rooms were comfortable. Our kids were excited to swim but indoor pool was undergoing maintenance unfortunately. Otherwise - quite a good hotel. Would recommend. "

"I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the amazing staffs. I forgot my baby playpen and without hesitation a staff member was at my door with one.To the beautiful and kind ladies who were working this weekend in the breakfast area, you guys always have a smile on your face.

"The room is beautiful and the view from the bedroom windows was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise which made for great photos. Overall a great experience and an amazing place that is near everything. Above all I love that their is safety, you need a special key to get anywhere and there is someone always at the front desk. Would stay here again!"

"I really liked the hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room.
Other things I liked was the decor and the fact that the basin in the room was outside the toilet. Gives the other person to use the bathroom without blocking access to the basin. "
