The women at the front desk are wonderful. The property was clean, the AC worked great in this hot AF weather. Breakfast was ready every morning. The Mexican restaurant and Subway across the street was very convenient for a working man that spent 10 hours in the daunting heat all day.

Clean spacious rooms! Husband said it was the best a/c he’s ever had in a hotel room. Great staff and lots of parking. Right off the interstate with a Braums nearby! Casey’s is also down the street.

Room was decent for the price. Couldn’t get wifi to work. Manager lady was nice & so was the guy. The younger girl with the black hair needs to work on her customer service or find a different job. Her face / tone is not friendly. Breakfast was good. Laundry area didn’t work. Couldn’t find a soul to check out.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and so welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The entry was nice and clean as were the hallways. I forgot to request a nonsmoking room so our room had a little odor. The breakfast was fresh and hot all the way up to closing time for breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!

Check in went ok, front desk did need to check two different rooms out before finding one that was “cleaned”. The door to our room 133 had a gap of about 1 1/2 inch you could see into the room slightly from the hallway. Door did seem to secure. Beds were perfectly clean and bright. The room needed more detailed cleaning. Guests mostly seemed to be oil field and other types of hard workers, (Thank you for keeping our country running). Many large pickups parked with no regard for parking lines or backed large beds completely blocking sidewalks. Diesel welding truck backed up to our air conditioner inches away. When truck was started at 6am the exhaust was sucked into our room. Maybe have dedicated parking for these tradesmen. Outside trash cans were over flowing. Breakfast area was a disaster at 7am when we arrived. We understand it may be difficult finding good staff in this area. Front desk manager (lady) was excellent. It is definitely not a 4 star rated property.

We always stay here. We come to Blackwell 3-4 times each year. The staff is always friendly and kind and the rooms are clean and spacious. I appreciate all the hard work they do and will be back soon!
