"Hotel room was lovely and clean with a lovely comfortable bed, entertainment is fantastic, breakfast is a buffet and was lovely aswell. Staff were always friendly and willing to help too. Can’t wait to go again."

"We stayed in a quadrupel sea front room,it was huge with great sea views and very comfitable.We went to see the illumination which was well worth the effort to see,and yes it rained,but it was good only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. The only down side and this is nit picking i was charged a surcharge for one of my party for breakfast has the room charge only coverd two people for breakfast which i thought strange has the room is for four people. The breakfast was stunning."

"Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished. There was some dirt on the inside of the sliding bathroom door but this wouldn’t be seen by the cleaner if the door was open. Breakfast was great either way lots of choice and was well stocked and warm. Very quiet rooms and location was handy for the tram stop."

"Holiday with family. Hotel was located next to the pleasure beach with a tram stop across the road for local travel. Lovely room looking into the front, which was spacious and clean. The only thing that we were disgruntled with was the £25 per day parking in the hotel carpark. This, we felt was excessive. Other than that, we had a great stay here and would recommend!"
