"Bad experience, as I was not able to check in, got there as at the time given to me, to check in, nobody was there, door locked, called the number but nobody answered, waited for few minutes , saw nobody, I had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. I came back in the evening to check again, the place was still locked, nobody in, I called another different number I saw outside the door, and someone else picked, says nobody in but he will be there soon. All in all, I paid for an hotel, I couldn’t...

"First time at the hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, the food was good , and being able to book a parking space is a great bonus."

"Good stay. Room was fine as had been upgraded. Abby stood out with regards to excellent customer service in the restaurant. At times, the dining room seemed understaffed but all staff worked hard. Would stay again."

"The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine."

"Very personable couple. We got upgraded to the penthouse which was a really nice room with the biggest TV i've seen in any accommodation i've booked thus far. Nice little extras in the room too, such as little chocolates/biscuits, toilet roll being pressed, and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to blackpool in the future."
