"When we arrived the booking system had broken and there was a queue of 20 people waiting to check in. Staff were patient but tempers were fraying. We left it two hours and things were better but it still took 20 mins to check in on an antiquated system. Staff were kind. Rooms ok but threadbare carpets, salt-crusted windows and a faint smell of stale smoke. Shower good. Breakfast so-so (usual horrible sausage, nicer eggs).
