"Had a sea view room. Room was clean. Bed comfy (but only stayed one night). Bathroom door lock was broken. No toilet brush in the bathroom. You had to put the main light switch on and off to turn the lights on and off The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream were provided in dispensers as were towels. The breakfast area was very busy but really quite small for the amount of people. The breakfast was cold. Drinks were expensive. I do not feel the stay was worth £156 for one night. Feel...

"Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods,"

"Amazing location was visiting the winter Gardens and was just around the corner . Great location for Tower and front of Blackpool . Great room lovely food at good prices. Would defiantly stay here again if in the area"

"The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly"

"My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception."

"Friendly staff extremely comfortable bed everything we needed! Had to.pay extra to park the car but at least we could park. Lovely hotel will stay again"

"The location of the hotel was good - right on the sea front. The hotel and room was clean and apparently we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The bed / mattress was not that comfortable - way too soft and when you sat on the edge of the bed the mattress felt really flat and hard as anything (sounds a strange combination - soft mattress but hard when you sat on it, I know!) I weigh 12st and if I was any bigger I would have REALLY struggled to back on to the WC as the space between...

"Great hotel, not the most modern but it serves its purpose, it smelt lovely when i walking in with air freshener, it smelt like the room had been throughly cleaned, the bedsheet was annoying and fell off the bed and could of done with some extra tea supplies and pillows however housekkeeping did privide extra towels, there was quite a bit of noise downstairs during dinner time and the entertaintment area until quite late, i would advise having breakfast before 9am as after 9am it was pure...

"Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure."

"Property location is good just 6 min walk to south pier. Staff is excellent. Beds spring mattress were just ok"

"Had a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spotless and modern. All round a lovely stay and good value for money. Will be returning"

"Not 1 to complain, but room got changed 1 day before, but the bad thing was no heating on at the entertainment at night it was freezing, rate it 3 from 10"

"All perfect and very fair price"

"The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed"

"Lovely clean& comfortable hotel with everything you need & more. Very friendly, helpful staff and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We would be happy to stay again."

"Room small and to hot couldn't turn the heating or off toilet was small not enough room to sit down tea cups so small 1 sip and gone lift could only fit one person not big enough for a wheelchair no disabled access to the building stairs were uneven and carpet coming up by room doors"

"The place was incredibly dirty and no heating. The radiator was broken but they had a portable heater. Unfortunately, there were no nearby plugs so it was useless. No one seemed to be there to fix the problem and the lift was very smelly. It was truly a horrible place."
