"Quaint and characterful. Did not have facilities as described (ie no functioning wifi and brig your own coffee) the word "boutique" is doing a lot of heavy lifting but its cute, cosy and the birds that visit are wonderful. Must like owls!"

The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. "Simply just an awesome place to stay front of room parking big rooms with big beds very comfortable bed linens and pillows awesome showers and just in one word it was sensational place!! Highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to have a night or 2 or 3 weeks / months…👍👍"

"Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere"

"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel"

"If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option."
